In my video I show how to make this dimensional hot air balloon (which folds flat for mailing!) using the Hot Air Balloon Stamp Set, Dies, and 2024-2026 In Color DSP.
The envelope flap was stamped with clouds from the Trucking Along Stamp Set.

That entire balloon ensemble is so cute! I love the pop up balloon, especially since it folds flat. And the color Shy Shamrock is very pretty.
What a unique dimensional card, and shy shamrock is such a great springtime color!
