Happy Saturday!
I inked up the SU Sea Street stamp set for my May Thank You cards. There are so many cute images in this new set. I was ‘sold’ on it as soon as I saw the adorable, smiling octopus.
This card was quite simple to create. The starfish/speckle image was stamped three times along the bottom of the Coastal Cabana mat. I used a Circle Framelit to cut the opening and stamped the octopus through the opening so it would be perfectly centered inside the card. A couple of punched banners, some baker’s twine, and the stamped/die cut sentiment finished off the card.
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies used: Coastal Cabana, Island Indigo, Real Red and Whisper White CS, Crumb Cake, Island Indigo, and Real Red Ink, Baker’s Twine, Banner Punch, Bitty Banners and Circle Framelits, and Itty Bitty Banners, Gorgeous Grunge, and Sea Street Stamp Sets.
What a cute card!!!
That octopus *is* a cutie, and I can see why you had to have the set. 🙂 Love the band of starfish!
Regina,
Thank you! The speckles are from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set. The starfish is a single stamp in the Sea Street stamp set. The stamp itself is three starfish. I stamped it three times across the card.
Yes, I am watching the soccer games!
