Happy Saturday!
This week’s challenge at Our Craft Lounge is to use chipboard on your project.
Since I didn’t have any chipboard embellishments, I decided to make my own. I used the Sizzix Lollipop dies to cut BOO from chipboard. It was scary running the chipboard through my BigKick. I’m not sure I would do it again. At least it still worked when I ran the letters through again with paper to cover the chipboard 🙂
Here’s my card using OCL On the Fence stamp set and home-made chipboard embellishments:
I stamped the tree off on scrap paper first so it would be a bit fainter than the graveyard and bats. After inking the moon stamp in black, I sponged white over it to give it an eerier look. A little black sponging finished the scene before laying the card.
Happy crafting!

Perfect for this challenge and great thinking to create your own chipboard elements, I would have been nervous about that one too. I busted my C-plate (Cuttlebug)once trying to force something through and it took me forever to find another one. Glad it worked out for you!
