The November Online Order Code is CWZZNQUU. November’s thank you gift for orders under $50 is a 4×6 DSP sampling, orders of $50-$150 is a choice of Pearl Basic Jewels (#144219) or Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220), and orders over $150 is the same Pearl/Rhinestone choice plus a choice of Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#151193) or Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457). If your order is over $150 you do not need to use the Online Order Code. Orders under $150 must use the Online Order Code to receive the thank you gift. After placing your order, please send me an E-mail with your gift choice(s). Your thank you gift(s) will be sent in December along with your thank you card. Order totals are before tax and shipping. November’s Paper Pumpkin Kit contains supplies to create 15 gift card carriers and coordinating envelopes. The kit contents can also be used to design holiday cards, gift tags, or other paper crafting projects.
