Every time I have inked up this beautiful image from the Because I care set, I have used purples and pinks. As I absolutely love the new Marina Mist shade, I wanted to see how the hydrangea would look in blue. I think it looks gorgeous in this color.
I stamped the image once on Very Vanilla using Marina Mist and Old Olive. I then stamped just the flower, cut it out, sprayed it with Champagne Shimmer Mist, added a few pearls, and adhered it with dimensionals.
The layers were distressed and sponged a bit. I used Marina Mist to brayer the Tulip embossing folder (there’s a layer inside too). A little Victoria Crochet Trim, a Vanilla Rosette (sponged with MM), and some pearls finished off the card.
Thanks for stopping by. Tomorrow I’ll have a little blogerversary candy.

This image is beautiful with that color. Love the embossing folder you used to frame it and the vintage looking lacy ribbon too. Gorgeous work! Best, Curt
