LNS 256 – Distress It!

Happy Monday!


It’s time for a new LNS Challenge! This week the DT would like you to distress your card, L/O, or 3D project.


Here is my card:

I started with a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base, tore about two-thirds off, then sponged the torn edge. The honeycomb-embossed panel is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set, I first stamped the Whisper White piece in Baked Brown Sugar and Crushed Curry. Then I took the ‘fine’ speckled stamp and stamped off using Coastal Cabana. The piece was then embossed with the Honeycomb EF and sponged around the edges. It’s hard to see, but I used the distressing tool around the edges of the DSP and then sponged. A little Baker’s Twine and a sentiment finished off the card.
