Happy Monday!
Welcome to a new LNS Challenge. The challenge for the next two weeks is all about ribbon.
For my DT sample, I made a gift bag with ribbon for handles:
Instructions for making bag:
Cut a piece of DSP 6 x 7. With the 6″ side along the top of your paper cutter or score board, score at 1 1/2.
With the 7″ side along the top, score at 1/2, 1 1/4*, 2, 5, 5 3/4*, and 6 1/2. *Please note, the 1 1/4 and 5 3/4 score lines only get scored down 3 1/2, not the entire length. You will then score diagonally to the bottom score line.
Here is a visual to help:
Remove two bottom corners. Cut the two score lines from bottom up to cross score line.
Cut a second piece of DSP 6 x 3 and score at 1 1/2. This will be the back piece of the gift bag.
Now it’s time to visit the LNS Blog to see what the rest of the DT created.
There are so many ways to use ribbon. We would like to see what you do with your ribbon. You have until Sunday evening, April 20 to link your card, L/O, or 3D project.
Thanks for stopping by!
