Happy Monday!
It’s time for a new LNS Challenge and this week we would like to see you use ‘lace.’
I used a doily and crochet trim as ‘lace’ on my vintage tag:
The Early Espresso tag base was cut at 3 3/4 x 5 3/4 and the Crumb Cake layer 3 1/2 x 5 1/2. The doily was lightly brayered (thanks Ann for the tip–saved time over sponging the entire doily!) with Crumb Cake ink and sponged around the edges with Early Espresso. The crochet trim was also sponged with both inks.
Some other ‘lace’ ideas I thought of are the Delicate Doilies, Hello, Doily, and Lacy & Lovely stamp sets. Also, the Viola’s Lace builder wheel.
Hop on over to the LNS Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the DT created with ‘lace.’ We would love to see your take on this challenge. You have until midnight on Sunday, July 28 to link your card, scrapbook page, and/or 3D project.
Supplies used: Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, and Very Vanilla CS, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso Inks, Bird Builder Punch, Crochet Trim, Doily, Jumbo Eyelet (retired), Little Leaves Sizzlet, Pearls, and En Francais and Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Sets.
Thanks for stopping by!

I love the tag Lisa. The script background is marvellous. The brayer is a great idea as I am no good with sponges.
