I made this simple gift card holder to participate in Susan’s (Rainy Day Creations) gift card holder challenge.
The cardstock is cut 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 3, 5 1/2, & 8. The middle gets taped around the edges and then you just cute an opening for the gift card to slide in. I stamped with a Judith snowflake stick. The snowflake punches on the front of the gift card holder and on the sides of the sled were made from a Martha Stewart punch. It is hard to see in the picture, but the runners on the sled are shiny, silver cardstock. I made the sled from a template I purchased from Sherry at Papershapez.com. There is an Applebee’s gift card in the holder and this adorable ensemble will be my brother Kevin’s Christmas gift. I will slide the sled, gift card, and Reese’s into a clear bag and tie with a ribbon and gift tag. What a cute gift!
