Happy Sunday!
Welcome to the Inspired by Stamping Sunday Designer Feature. Today I am featuring a Vintage Mother’s Day card:
I used the partial die cut technique to cut the pink layer. A sponged doily and strip of paper from the Spring Lilacs Designer Paper Pad start the vintage theme.
Using the Vintage Tickets stamp set, I stamped two tags and added a button tied with twine.
I created my own ticket using a sentiment from the Mother’s Day Bouquet stamp set. The little rose and heart are from the Diamonds stamp set.
I carried the partial die cut layer to the inside of the card and added a sentiment from the Mother’s Day Bouquet stamp set. I realized after I took the pictures that I forgot to add pearls to the inside–that will be remedied before I give this card to my mother on Mother’s Day!
Please visit the Inspired by Stamping Blog for the full line-up of designers being featured today.
I am linking this card to the Friday Mashup Challenge 199 – Vintage (Antique style, element, or theme).
