Happy Tuesday!
For my Inspired By Stamping post today I have a bright, fun, and nostalgic Summer card. Remember the days when

For
today’s card I used my favorite new stamp set, Summer Fun, along with a timeless favorite, Vintage Postcards.
today’s card I used my favorite new stamp set, Summer Fun, along with a timeless favorite, Vintage Postcards.
My
card is a standard 4¼ x 5½, and the ‘post card’ is 3 x 4. I started by stamping
the post card image in black, then inked up the palm tree image in green, used
a damp Q-tip to remove the ink from the stems, then colored the stems with a
brown marker, and lastly I put both the Summer and Vacation sentiments on my
block together and stamped them in yellow. The bright umbrella looks cute ‘shading’
the post card.

I
can’t get enough of the adorable flip flops! Of course the ‘girlie’ pair needed
bling!

That’s
all for me today. I hope you enjoyed today’s card and are inspired to make a
‘post card’ card! How about making one to send during vacation?!?!?
