First up today is a vintage-looking monochromatic card:
I stamped the pretty snowflakes, from today’s Snowflake Wonder Stamp Set, using Old Olive ink on Whisper White CS, sponged around the edges, and added Basic Pearls to the larger snowflakes. A strip of MME Merry paper and some Crochet Tape adorn the bottom. The fancy script Noel was die cut using a die from Fancy Label Dies 2.
A few of the smaller snowflakes surround the sentiment on the inside of the card.
For my second card, I have a shaker card:
For this card I stamped the snowflakes in Pink Pirouette, Sweet Sugarplum, and Wisteria Wonder on Whisper White CS. The card base is Pink Pirouette and the frame is Wisteria Wonder.
I so like non-traditional colors for Christmas, though, depending on the sentiment used, snowflakes are not limited to Christmas cards. The variety of snowflake shapes and sizes in the Snowflake Wonder Stamp Set can be used together or separately to create beautiful cards for many occasions. In fact, I can see one of the snowflakes being used for fireworks (New Year’s, 4th of July, and more).
I stamped off the large snowflake, then stamped Noel over it. Of course I had to add some of the smaller snowflakes as well!

Both of your cards are just beautiful Lisa! I love the green vintage look for the first card! Hugs Jo
These are both adorable cards, Lisa, and I especially like the fact that you went with nontraditional Christmas color schemes. The green works so well with the first card, and the pink and blue go just as well on the shaker card. Bravo for both!
I love the vintage look of the first card and the bright colours of the second – so different but equally beautiful 🙂
Oh my gosh, these are so great!! The first is so precious with the crochet lace!! The second as a shaker is so colorful and unique!! Your recipients will love them!!! Great designs!
