Happy Wednesday!
For my Inspired by Stamping post today, I have two cards using the Flower of the Month: Poppies
and Butterflies
stamp sets.

I recently discovered Brushos and wanted to
give them a try for you. Today I am focusing on sprinkling, though there are
different ways to use Brushos.
give them a try for you. Today I am focusing on sprinkling, though there are
different ways to use Brushos.
The Poppies images and sentiment were stamped on water color paper using a Black Hybrid Ink. I sprinkled a little Yellow on the centers of the flowers and Brilliant Red on the petals, then spritzed water and watched the color form. I spritzed a lot of water on the Poppies as I wanted the color to spread. The more water you use, the more the Brushos react. A little Brusho goes a long way! I then sprinkled Yellow around the top of the card and spritzed again. Once the flowers were dry, I picked up a little Lime Green with my water color brush and painted the stems.

For this card, I stamped the Butterflies
and sentiment in black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. By heat embossing the images, the Brushos
will not run outside them when spritzed. I sprinkled Yellow, Brilliant Red, and
Emerald Green, then watched the magic happen after spritzing.

Have you tried Brushos yet? I will enjoy
