I am excited to share my Inspired by Stamping Design Team Card and Tag for National Craft Month!
It was fun creating this card and tag gift
set. Yes, I think of it as a gift as
well. The ‘spools’ can easily be removed
so the trim can be used by the recipient. Though, I must admit, if I received this set I don’t think I could take
it apart. I would most likely display
them in my craft area.

I used paper from the Vintage Floral paper pad
to mat my card. The Vintage Thread
stamp set creates darling ‘spools.’ In
keeping with the vintage feel of the card, after I made the seam binding bow, I
drenched it with water, crumbled it all up, then shaped it, and put it outside
to dry.

A coordinating piece of paper from the Vintage Floral paper pad
was used on the tag. To get the fancy
cut on the top of the tag, I used the Fancy Label Dies 1. I placed a doily between the layers to add to
the feminine feel of the tag. The
