Happy Friday (and Happy 4th of July
to my American visitors)!
to my American visitors)!
Today’s Inspired by Stamping post includes a card and centerpiece celebrating
Independence Day.
Independence Day.
The ideas I am sharing today can be incorporated for any
holiday or celebration.

I had a lot of fun making this card using
several Inspired by Stamping stamp sets.

I inked up just the ‘Happy’ portion of the
Happy Birthday sentiment from the Sweet Pea
stamp set. For the ‘4th of’ I used the ‘4’ from the Fancy Alphabet
stamp set, the ‘th’ from the Sweet Pea
stamp set, and the ‘of’ from the Lily of the Valley
stamp set.

July was spelled out using letters from the
Fancy Alphabet
stamp set and die cut with the Fancy Labels 2 Dies.
This card can easily be made as a birthday card by changing the patterned
paper, just stamping ‘4th’ and then ‘Birthday’ rather than ‘July.’

A Pinwheel centerpiece with chocolate! How
perfect this would be for a birthday party.

The Swirling Pinwheels
stamp set offers endless crafting fun and possibilities. I curled the ends of
the pinwheels with a bone folder before attaching them together with a pop dot
(circle opening in the middle so the brad could easily go through and the
pinwheel would still turn). The Hershey Kisses are attached with glue dots.

The cute banner sentiments are from the Basket of Flowers
and Petite Banners
stamp sets, and were die cut with a die from the Fancy Labels 3 Dies.
