Happy Wednesday!
For my Inspired by Stamping post today, I have an easy water color technique
using the Cherry Blossoms stamp
set and dye ink refills.

Let’s take a look at my card:
I started by stamping and heat embossing
the Cherry Blossoms image
with white embossing powder on water color paper. Next, I brushed water over
the entire image and began by dropping yellow ink onto the centers of the
flowers, followed by pink on the petals, and green on the leaves. Once that
dried, I dropped another layer of the same pink and green inks.

After die cutting the image with the
largest of the Fancy
Label Dies 2, I did a quick wash with blue ink
while the image was still in the die. Hello, from Big Hello was stamped on a
piece of patterned paper from the Vintage
Floral Paper Pad, a strip of
crochet trim from Crochet Trim Collection I,
and a few random sequins finished off the pretty, feminine card.

A coat of clear Wink of Stella over the
entire image makes it super shimmery.

As I do not yet know for what occasion I
will use today’s card, I kept the inside plain:
