I fussy cut the flowers from the Basket of Flowers image to create a window box scene. Two Vintage Tickets, a piece of Vintage Floral paper in the window, a feminine, tulle bow, and a couple of pearls finish off the vintage-looking birthday card.
The sentiment from Basket of Flowers was stamped and die cut with the large banner die from Fancy Label Dies 3.
