I just love the Frankie craze. Of course Exploding Frankie needed a mate, so here is my Exploding Bride of Frankie.
The only differences between Frankie and Bride of Frankie are that I made pink hair rather than purple, I put eyelashes on the eyelids, and I made veils with tulle and ribbon. Please note, tulle is a pain to attach.
Since I wasn’t as rushed making this one, I did start to embellish it. Isn’t the door with the ghost peeking out adorable? The ‘door handle’ is a pumpkin eyelet. I also made two pull-outs (or slide-outs). It is probably hard to see in the picture, but the green and orange ribbons are for the pulls. Journaling or additional photos can be added to the pull-outs. If you were giving this as a gift, gift cards would be a neat idea on the pull-outs.
Well, I sure hope you like my Bride of Frankie. I think she’s cute!
