I made these Halloween Pencil Holders for Katie & Chloe to go along with the Cupcake Holders posted here. The personalization was created with the JRS Small Letter set and the Gone Batty image is from the Witch Way to the Treats set. I followed this tutorial for the Pencil Holder.
