Happy Monday!
Today’s card is for Week 7 of The Great Pumpkin Blog Hop and this week’s OCL Challenge, All About Twine.
The ‘window’ card on page 101 of the CTMH catalog caught my attention. As I kept looking at it last night, the idea/design came to me for today’s card.
Details: The valance was cut at 3 3/4 W x 1 1/2 H, then scored at 1/4 and 1/2 on three sides. Each curtain was cut at 3 W x 2 3/4 H, scored every 1/4, then tied with baker’s twine (distressed with black ink). You may not be able to tell from the picture, the spider is suspended from the valance with baker’s twine. The black layer is a metal sheet that I sanded after embossing.
Supplies used: Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango CS, Provo Craft PP, Rock Star Black Metal Sheet, Versafine Onyx Black Ink, Dusty Durango and Old Olive Markers, Sizzix Texture Plate, EKSuccess Spider Punch, SU Baker’s Twine, OCL Spooky Tags and SU Wicked Cool Stamp Sets.
Thanks for stopping by!
