Happy Friday!
My friend Cynthia is expecting a little girl come September so I made this gift bag for her:
I am just ‘tickled pink’ over it. Why, you ask? Take a look at what went inside it:

Yes, I made the bag to match the outfit! How cute is that?!?!? I also included a little embellishment for when Cynthia scraps the baby’s first year:

So, onto the deets of the bag. It is made from two sheets of 12 x 12 paper (an old SU tutorial). For the bib I used the Sizzix Scallop die and the 5th circle of the Coluzzle. I hand-drew the elephant. His ear was made from a circle punch and then I just cut a piece off. The letters were cut with Sizzix Lollipop dies. Luckily I had some polka dot scraps in my stash that were perfect for the ear and letters.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you are ‘tickled pink’ over this too!
Oh my word, this is so cute. I can't believe it. Your friend will be thrilled. ( I would be)
Greetings

I was VERY thrilled! Our baby girl will look so sweet in it! Thank you Lisa so much for your thoughtfulness & sharing your talent with me. I'll be saving the bag for sure in the baby's memory box.
See you next week,
Cynthia
