I did it again this year–I have my Christmas cards finished already! I really like getting them done early so during the holiday season I have time to work on Christmas projects and gifts.
For this year’s cards, I used a white base, and layered with blue, red, and finally white again. The stamped image is from the retired SU Big on Christmas set. I’m sure you can’t tell from the picture, but the snowman is popped-up with pop dots. I punched the snowflakes from the corners and used glue dots to attach three to each card. I also put some Stickles in the center of each flake.
The second picture shows the back of the card and the back of the envelope. The hand stamped snowman image on the back of the card is from a retired SU set. The snowman on the back of the envelopes is a $1.00 stamp from Michael’s.
All images were stamped with Versafine Black Onyx and colored with pencils.

Christmas cards? LOL You crack me up. I am not even thinking Halloween yet LOL You go girl… better done than not done. To be honest I do have mine done because I never mailed any last year LOL I am just going to use them for this year.

When I opened your blog I thought I had a glitch and it was bringing me to an old post. I can’t believe you have your Christmas cards done already. I don’t even like to THINK about them until mid November. The other reason I don’t tend to make them ahead is that there are always cute new Christmas sets that come out in the fall and I would hate to put all the effort into making something then wishing I had waited to get a new set.
