Easter and Spring

Happy Sunday and Happy Easter!

Last week I held my Easter and Spring-themed Class. We made two cards and a fun treat holder.


Let’s start with the Easter card:

I think the DSP patterns are perfect for this Easter card. In fact, the pattern on the egg made me think of funny ears. I know, bunnies don’t have three ears! We used the Best Bunny and Jar of Love stamp sets, both of which are on the retiring list, along with the DSP.

No stamping required for this fun Easter treat holder:

The Sweet Cups are versatile for creating gifts, and they hold quite a few treats as well! Alas, another item on the retiring list. They come in a package of 10, making them a good value.


Last, but not least, the Spring-themed card:

The Stamparatus was our best friend for stamping perfectly aligned flower stems! We used the hinge technique and moved the plate to the right twice. I am happy that Varied Vases is carrying over, though the special bundle price will only be available through June 3.


Now for the inside and envelope:

I made adorable bunny Nugget holders for table gifts (thank you Brenda for the tutorial). I did two of each color and alternated them at the place settings:
