Happy Saturday!
How fun are the cupcakes that Rachel posted this week?!?!? The little yellow flowers jumped out at me and I was inspired to ‘case’ my own card for this week’s challenge!
I started with a pink card base and layered with SU Barely Banana. The little flip flops were stamped in SU Regal Rose. The little flowers were stamped in Regal Rose as well as Colorbox Yellow Citrus. The flowers on the flip flops are a combination of fabric flowers from M’s, card stock flowers punched with a retired SU punch, and flower brads. I adhered the pair of flip flops with pop dots. The ‘Fun in the Sun’ ribbon has been in my stash for ages.
So, if these fun cupcakes inspire you to get creative today, you have until 9:00 PM MT tonight to link your card for this week’s challenge.
Happy crafting!
FUN!!! Love those flip flops!!! Thanks for playing along eith the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge!
Wow!!! You did a great job with this challenge. Your card is so fun 🙂
Oh My look at all those yummy cupcakes. I LOVE how your flowers match them, LOL. Your card looks just as yummy as they do.
I also really like your chipboard album. What a nice job. I need to learn to scrapbook more, maybe I will use your idea and make a chipboard one. So much easier than the 12 x 12 albums I bought!
Also, I want to thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving comments. I so appreciate that you continue to visit, it really makes my day :o)
Too cute! I love this card. It's so great for Floridians!!
