Happy Friday Everyone!
When I saw the cupcakes that Rachel posted this week, the flowers immediately made me think of Fall. And, when I think of Fall, I think of Halloween.
As I set out to make a Halloween shaker card, I noticed the package of Sticky Tape that was sitting on my table. As I looked at it, I thought of the new Treat Cups that SU has in the Holiday Mini. So, the idea was born to make a snowglobe shaker.
The card base is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. I used Black Staz-On and SU Pumpkin Pie for the pumpkins, then sponged some green and blue around them. The ‘shaker pumpkins’ were punched from various pieces of card stock scrap. The Halloween paper was in my stash from last year. I hand-cut the base for the snowglobe from black card stock and added the flower embellishment.
After I shook the card I few times, I noticed there was some static cling inside. So, note to myself, next time wash the plastic first to eliminate cling.
Do you have any big crafting plans for World Card Making Day tomorrow? I’ll be attending an all-weekend crop! Speaking of which, I better start getting my tools and supplies packed.
Thanks for stopping by, and until next time, happy crafting!

The flowers on those cupcakes are huge. I would go into sugar overload if I tried to eat one of those.
