Happy Friday!
Welcome to the Creations by AR ‘Love is in the Air’ Customer Blog Hop. I am your first stop and I have six more crafty friends for you to visit that will surely inspire you with their Creations by AR Valentine-themed projects.
For my project today I used the fun Party Train template.
A little tulle and glittery hearts to make the train ‘steamy’ and some lace to give it a romantic look. Red heart brads attach the cars together.
I had to add ’14’ to the front for Valentine’s Day.
The ‘Love Train’ on the back was created in Word.
The Box Cars are delivering chocolates to someone special! There are five wrapped Valentine York Peppermint Patties (more will fit if placed upright) in the first car and 14 Hershey Kisses (seemed like the appropriate amount) in a baggie in the second car.
Isn’t the train cute all decked out for Valentine’s Day? The Party Train template is easy to assemble and has so many creative possibilities (think different holidays). Adela’s templates come in PDF and cut file formats. She also provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions with pictures. If you have not yet tried any of Adela’s templates, now is the time to give one (or more) a try. In addition to there being two freebies offered on the site, some templates are currently on sale. Plus, there will be a new release tomorrow (Sat., Feb. 9).
I hand-cut my templates for years and just got a Portrait (Cameo’s baby sister) for Christmas. All I can say is, ‘Why did I wait so long to get a cutting machine?’
What would a Blog Hop be without a prize? One random commenter will be chosen to win a template from the new release. Comments will close at midnight (EST) on Sunday, Feb. 10. The winner will be announced on Mon., Feb. 11, here on my blog and on the Creations by AR Facebook Page. Speaking of the CbyAR FB Page, if you haven’t already done so, you may want to ‘Like’ the page so you can be kept up-to-date on all the latest happenings.
