Happy Thursday!
Welcome to the first stop of the Creations by AR ‘Let’s Get Crafty’ Blog Hop.
There are six stops on today’s hop. Each of the Blog Hop participants will be showcasing a ‘crafty’ use for a Creations by AR template. You will want to leave comments on all the blogs as one of us is the mystery blogger. What that means is one commentor from the mystery blog will be chosen to win a template of their choice from Creations by AR!
I chose the Dessert Cage for my first project:
A slightly turned view so you can see the side of the ‘cage’:
Dessert Cages aren’t just for dessert! I think we all like our crafty space to look nice (even if it is usually a tad messy!), and what is nicer than a few hand-crafted projects to hold our most used products?!?!? I put Stickles and Glossy Accents on the top shelf and a few Embossing Powders on the lower shelf. Your favorite markers would be a convenient idea for the top level and some embellies on the bottom level.
The top shelf can be accessed from both sides of the Dessert Cage, and the bottom shelf can be accessed from the front and back.
This is such an adorable project and quite large. I thought this template would be difficult to assemble, but it was a breeze. It came together in no time. In fact, it was so easy I plan on making a Halloween version, so please stop by again.
For my second project, I used the Party Train:
To give you an idea of the size of the train cars, there are two containers of SU Buttons in the one car and three rolls of SU Seam Binding/Trim in the other car. Embossing Powers, Stickles, and Stamp Cleaners are a few other ideas. The top lifts off the Locomotive, so supplies can be stored there as well.
Adela’s templates come in PDF and cut file formats. She also provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions with pictures. If you have not yet tried any of Adela’s templates, now is the time to give one (or more) a try! A new template was released this week and it is truly scrumptious – Simply Scrumptious Shop. If you make a Creations by AR project, we would love for you to share it on the Creations by AR Group Page on PaperCraftPlanet.
Following is the blog hop order:
Lisa Eisner (that’s me!)
Diana Auberle
Raissa Spatola
Carmen Mitchell

Comments for the blog hop prize will close at midnight (EDT) on Sat., Sept. 21. The winner will be announced on Sun., Sept. 22, here on my blog and on the Creations by AR Facebook Page. Speaking of the CbyAR FB Page, if you haven’t already done so, you may want to ‘Like’ the page so you can be kept up-to-date on all the latest happenings.
I hope you liked my ‘crafty’ projects. Please hop along and visit Diana next. She is waiting to share her ‘crafty’ idea. Don’t forget to leave some love along the way. We enjoy your comments and you just may be the lucky winner of a Creations by AR template!
