Happy (Rainy) Friday!
Yes, it’s raining again. We did enjoy two sunny days in a row, but now it’s time for rain again. That’s OK though–what does one do on a rainy or snow day?!?!? Craft, of course!
This week Carolina’s Anything But a Card Challenge at StampTV is to create card candy. As soon as I saw the challenge posted, I knew I wanted to make Crafting/Stamping Card Candy. I had fun with the challenge.
The first picture shows the card candy unpackaged (much clearer) and the second picture shows it packaged.
The first two and last two ‘candies’ were stamped with sentiments from the GinaK Tech Talk stamp set. The image on the middle two ‘candies’ is from a retired SU set. I used all SU card stock.
The image on the bag topper is also a retired SU stamp. I used the JustRite small alphabet set to stamp the ‘Card Candy’ circle.
In addition to the random drawing on StampTV for a GinaK stamp set of your choice, Carolina is offering blog candy on her blog for this challenge.
So, I thought I would offer a little candy as well. I will give away my card candy. Leave a comment on this post and next Wednesday I will have Wolfgang draw a name.
