Happy Sunday!
This week’s Impression Obsession Challenge is a fun one–Are We There Yet? (travel theme).
Having grown up on the coast, most Summer days were spent at the beach and our Summer vacations were always spent at beach towns. So, when I saw this travel challenge, the first thing I thought of was the beach!
I created an Are We There Yet? Tic Tac Toe Easel Card to keep the kids occupied while traveling to their vacation destination:
I used the IO Seashell DIE077-W for the tic tac toe pieces. Each tic tac toe piece is three layers–patterned paper for the front, layered on cardboard (cereal box), and finally coordinating card stock for the backing.
The finished card is 6 x 6 (6 x 12 card stock scored at 3 and 6).
The seashells are adhered with velcro dots and the 10th seashell is housed on the easel holder. The two side seashells are decorative and adhered with dimensionals.
I am entering this card/game in the following challenges:
Impression Obsession – Are We There Yet? (travel theme)
Score-Pal Challenge #5 – Bright and Sunny
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge – Anything Goes
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies used: American Crafts CS, Misc. PP, SU Ink, and IO Seashell Dies.
